Looks out for their employees thru benefits not limited to medical, dental, vision. Open culture of acceptance and inclusion. Work is meaningful as we look to meet existential gaps in quality healthcare
Cons
My department has limited roles to transition to. Should have a wider breadth of options. Marketing efforts to help streamline the targeted audiences could be clearer. Feels like it’s disingenuous at times which makes the sales process more difficult
