Pros
This is a great company that has many upward paths. You are not limited if you work hard. In my experience, management wants you to be able to have a great work-life balance.
Cons
Some business partners appear to compete rather than assist. I have never had this problem, but some managers apparently don't want you to take time off if you are sick.
