      Pros

      The pay and benefits were pretty amazing.

      Cons

      As a Syntel contractor, it took months to be reimbursed a thousand dollars for a two-week hotel stay which they set up, and when my contract ended, I was not allowed time off to move back home for my new job that started a week later.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
