Pros
Humana is a great diverse company with many opportunities for learning and advancement. They believe in and stand by their commitment of a healthier you. They also have great benefits.
Cons
Humana is a wonderful place however it lacks uniformity in rules and regulations from one department to the next. Each department seems to have their own set of rules that sometimes seem to work outside the guidelines of what is mandated within HR.
