Management mistakes are swept under the rug, managers belittle and bully team members, very unfair promotions. I was turned down for a promotion because they said they didn’t like my answers but I found out that someone else gave the same answers as I did and they gave her the job. My personal manager did not have my best interest. Many managers and team members knew my own manager was bad at his job but they never did anything about it.
