Pros
Working from home is the best career move I've ever made. Humana is flexible and allows you to take time to spend time with your family. They also provide you with eight hours VTO to volunteer with an outside agency.
Cons
The benefits are expensive with high deductibles. You can definitely find better in Oklahoma. As a salaried employee you are required to take PTO in increments of 8 hours.
