      The pay and 401k match are very nice for anyone without advanced degrees. Tuition reimbursement is average for the industry.

      Cons

      The insurance is bad. Even as an associate dealing with customer service when needed can be a headache.

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
