Pros
The benefits are awesome! Even for part time. Pay is getting more competitive. Discount is good and company is always trying to get better even if it sometimes gets in its own way.
Cons
Can be stressful and unorganized at times. Lots of management changes, restructurings. Being such a timed job it can get stressful but can be satisfying as well.
