Scheduling is based on performance and seniority doesn't matter and be prepare lift 100+ pounds constantly! Expect to work 120%+ (Full/Self Serve Departments) for little pay! Management is all talk and no action but love to write you up! They preach work/life balance - nope! HR = goes in one ear and out the other! Market Hall and Show room associates need to contribute more "work" instead of sending customers to Self Serve. I don't know why they get more pay for less work!
