Pros
Great training programs, room for growth, innovative thinking, work/home life balance, good benefits. They empower employees at all levels to make key decisions.
Cons
They have started to become a more Americanized company, at least here in the United States. The thing that made them great was that they were different from all the other reatil stores. As I was leaving the company, and now as a consumer there, I see them becoming like all the other retail stores.
