Pros
Good pay for part time retail work, department was very flexible schedule wise, benefits for part times after 1 year, possibility of yearly bonus based on store sales, uniforms paid for.
Cons
Upper management quite out of touch with the way things work on the floor. Total BS with greenwashing. Ikea values for better planet aren’t truly followed. How does quality continue to go down when you’re so focused on doing better for the environment? Quality is consistently getting worse as the years go by. Company has gone downhill since Ingvar died.
