      1. Work life balance 2. Work from home option available 3. Work with intellect people, people are very cooperative 4. Good decent salary in market. 5. Free food, ESP, parental insurance 6. Your contribution is high in product.

      Cons

      If you are in QA, you will not have high option of learning new technology/tools. No serious cons.
