Thank you for your review and taking the time to share your thoughts about Informatica. Your headline is correct: there is change coming soon. But, in a dynamic industry such as ours, change is routine. It is woven into the very fabric of what we do and even in the air we breathe in Silicon Valley. Your comments about the organization are obviously open to debate. What is certain is that there will be changes made in order to further focus our efforts and resources to improve the products and services we deliver to our customers. And, we would take respectful exception to characterizing the Informatica Way as “strange.” We believe our results to date – over 7 years with a CAGR of 17%, a product portfolio mostly developed within the last five years, accelerating growth of our Cloud business (up nearly 50% in the last year), awards for excellence in data integration, data security, customer loyalty, and as a great place to work – speak volumes about the efficacy of the Informatica Way.
