Pros
Did not get stressed out too badly as this is internal software development and customer requirements are filtered through product managers. Good communication with management and PMs.
Cons
The Stuttgart office in general is not well connected to the large, international company apparatus. Decisions are made elsewhere and Stuttgart is supposed to follow. Also, Stuttgart is the first place where Jobs get cut. Lots of talk about AI but in reality AI is nowhere to be seen, the tech stack really is not very modern. Besides work there's not a lot of company culture happening.
