Pros

Good facilities. Mostly good work-life balance. Great employee care. Good customer focus on the product. If you want a relatively chilled out atmosphere and ready to take a backseat for enhancing your overall technical skills, it may be a good place. If you get awesome work, you'd be lucky.

Cons

Generally using very outdated technologies. If you're strongly technical and want to enhance your technical skills or grow fast technically, it would be a challenge here. Forget about getting even reasonable work quality, even if you were outstanding in your previous jobs. At least for first 6-12 months, it would be near impossible. Intuit is laden with technical debts, and it is only very recently, that the leaders have started thinking on the lines of tech-debt. If you've lots of patience, you'd probably see light at the end of day. You need to create lots of visibility before you get any good work

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
