Pros

The benefits are amazing, with minimal co-pays. Vacation is earned on overtime worked in addition to regular hours, so it will build up quickly. Allowing employees paid time off to work in the community is also a great perk.

Cons

The management team is in need of an overhaul. Management plays favorites and if they don't like you, they will find any reason to get rid of you, even if they have to make one up. They do not care if you have a disability, even one that is recognized and documented. They will find a way to use the disability against you and get rid of you. They say they are big on values, however just walking through the office, you will see management break numerous values, most importantly Integrity without Compromise, and It's the People. It's the People, only if you are one of the favored few.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
