Pros
A more generous employer than many government software contracting companies in this area. A very appropriate work-life balance, and accommodating of family life. Somewhat shields workers from the less pleasant aspects of government contracting work. Generally a friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Very by the books, which isn't uncommon amongst government contracting firms. Though a good or even very good company to work for, it doesn't particularly stand out.
