It is unreasonable to have expectations of coverage for long down cycles, but shorter duration ones are treated the same. Hit the road to another office (through your own networking) and avoid OH at all costs when things looks slow. Near zero support for professional development (seminars, classes, etc) - unless you want to pay for it.
