Pros
Access to international expertise and delivery toolset. Larger projects provide opportunity to grow professionally. A large employee base means there are some excellent mentors and talented staff around. Support by the executive management team opens career doors.
Cons
American centric mode of operating. Regional offices outside of North America can have trouble with maintaining staff skill levels and meeting international client expectations. Challenge for well skilled personnel having to cover for colleagues with weaker skills or work attitudes.
