Pros

Excellent people and colleagues from multiple absorbed companies. A good culture of looking after people.

Cons

Sadly the remuneration for Process Engineers is far behind the market and the company is struggling to hire and retain people in this area. Some employees have been denied pay increases from the very base pay level until they are chartered and the advice has been to leave the company if you want to advance salary faster.
