Pros
Very flexible environment, good people to work with, great pay. Very unique projects in the federal sector to work on (cutting edge).
Cons
Management restructuring at the moment at the uppermost levels and they tend to do this every couple of years. Jacobs has been known to be lethargic in making changes and may hold true this time as well.
