Pros

There are no pros working with IMRB except for the IMRB brand name that you would like to add on your CV.

Cons

1) Long working hours throughout the year 2)Working on weekends and public holidays, without any compensation or compensatory off 3)Annual Increment is always in single digit, sometimes greater than 1% and less then 6 %) 4)Lack of Innovation across all levels. 5)Baised Management:-> Your 'relation' with the Group Director and his Coterie determines your score in appraisal and not your performance/client feedback. 6) Please believe me...HR do not exist in IMRB. They are never in touch with the employees. The only time you get to speak to HR is during exit interview( for 10 mins just incase you have anything to say) 7) Noone has heard of 'Employee grievance redressal policy' in IMRB. You are at your own if you have any issues with your reporting manager. 8) Last and least:-> My best wishes to all those planning to join IMRB. Please remember it is always better be employed in Kantar companies like IMRB rather then staying unemployed. You should improvise yourself and look better opportunities in some other place.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
