Pros
Good work, good learning opportunities, global network of clients, good analytics learning, good domain specialisation. Some good rules like extra holiday for maternity, family crisis, paternity, etc.
Cons
Very low pay increase. You get promoted only if your senior leaves or is promoted. You dont get promoted on merit but promotion is decided on vacancy. You have to show high utilisation on timesheet otherwise your manager will make life hell. If your team utlisation is not above 85% then even if someone resigns in your team, you will not get replacement and your target will not be reduced by saying your team utlisation is low so you dont need more people. Your pay will only see 3-4% increase each year even if your rating is 4 and your career will not move so you have stagnation feeling always in you.
