Pros
- Great atmosphere and team, exceptional individuals on par with MBB - Good pay, ahead of MBB companies in the region - Growing business, ability to go into new fields easily if you prove yourself - Fast promotion cycles provided global economy is in good shape (hasn't been the case in 2023)
Cons
- Almost no international mobility: you are pretty much stuck in ME region - Often long hours on par with MBB - Politics seem to be more important for progression than actual performance compared to MBB (still much better that in corporate environment or lower tier companies) - More focused on operations consulting compared to MBB
