Pros

Great pay for retail! Overtime paid for (compulsory to stay later if on a night time close shift and you overrun). Allows you to say when you cannot work! Good company who give Christmas Goodby bags!

Cons

Rude management who don't appreciate hard work. Im sweating and working my absolute fastest to get the millions of jobs done but management never say a single positive word about it and merely pick at tiny things I may have missed. This is one of many examples of how the management are patronising and very pessimistic. Also, they set unrealistic time goals and if not met, you are seen as uncapeable and lazy. You cannot win!
