Pros
Lidl pay very well in all fairness, the interview process was also informative, although they seemed to have decided my fate before a question was asked at interview
Cons
They expect long hours from you, also if you apply for regional/store manager roles you might be pushed to the assistant manager level first, but be ready to push for a higher salary and you might get lucky...they're pretty open to negotiation
