Pros

Good basic pay that rises every year for the first three years. Management are generally good at supporting you dealing with difficult customers. Holiday days are generous especially for part time staff. 10% staff discount, higher near Christmas.

Cons

Top down restructuring of procedures from head office can come with little warning/training for staff. Area manager spend too much time on there pet peeves and not enough on the bigger issues. Very fast paced busy environment and understaffed more often than not. You will be apologising for the wait a lot.
