Pros

I guess the benefits but they are just under industry standards

Cons

Management is overworked and underpaid Never there to listen Organization of procedures and record keeping is abysmal. I am honestly suprised they haven't been sued. Don't have a life event crisis because they will harass you and compound your stress. Burnout is prevalent Promotion is difficult unless you show that you will work for the company 24/7 then they will keep pushing to your breaking point. Once they have used you they will find a way to terminate you. It is a horrible company to work for in the retirement side. Everyone I went through new hire training was let go for one reason or another. I was the last one and they eventually figured a way to let me go. They will tell you are great and once they are done with you, all of sudden your quality score will start to drop.

Pros

I can only speak as a salaried employee, but LFG is very flexible with time and what you need to take. They are flexible with work schedules that does help with work/life balance when it comes to handling things outside of work. The job itself is interesting and enjoyable. For my position, the pay is much higher than similar companies, and the benefits package is unmatched.

Cons

-Too many customers. My BoB has nearly doubled since I started and it is unmanageable. -Volume of e-mails and work is so much, that taking PTO is stressful as you spend as much time getting ready to go out and digging out when you come back that the time off isnt worth it. There is never a break. -Outsourcing and saving money is more of a focus than hiring quality/knowledgeable employees. They outsource to other companies that do not have the knowledge base or level of service that we as employees and our customers have come to expect. -I wake up stressed everyday for work and it did not used to be that way.
