      Absolutely no work/life balance

      Pros

Good 401k match benefit, nothing else

      Cons

No work/life balance. They will onboard you making it seem like you will have a low caseload then have absolutely no plan when your caseload gets over 200 claimants. Their teams are unbalanced where some people have no work and others are drowning in work. Multiple people quit even before training ends due to the stress. You will constantly be berated and yelled at by claimants and management simply doesn’t care. Do not work here if you care about your mental health. You barely get any PTO per year and they “make up for it” by giving you random holidays off which just piles up your work and makes the rest of your week horrible after 1 day off. They do not care at all about employee retention or mental health. You will barely find a single person who has worked there longer than a few years. They will not help you in any way with career development even though they pretend they will

      Pros

The compensation and benefits are very competitive. My manager is conscious to ensure we have a positive work-life balance.

      Cons

Too many reorganizations over a short period of time! This has created an unhealthy work environment. Employees do not feel secure or valued.

      Pros

It is a decent pay and good benefits with ability to work from home

      Cons

The company is not always great at managing high business times (COVID) and it falls all on the lower level employees and it causes a lot of employees to leave and very high stress and workload.
