Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate your optimism about the future of MITRE and your appreciation for our talented researchers and managers. We are a diverse, and multi-generational organization with benefits intended to meet employees where they are in their personal and professional careers. As part of those benefit programs, we offer a flexible work model that fosters both in-person and digital opportunities for employees to connect with the added benefit of in-office and remote flexibility. Our program allows staff to flex their 80-hour pay-period time as needed with only 50% of their time required in an office setting. We are committed to consistently reviewing our benefits programs to ensure they are relevant and meet the needs of our staff and mission. We recently modernized our paid time off benefit to be more equitable across all our staff by providing the same number of paid days off regardless of tenure. Now, from our newest employee to our most senior tenured, all staff have equal access to partake in the paid time off they deserve. We recognize that our employees are as diverse in background as they are in observances and holidays significant to them. Our staff are provided seven paid holidays a year, and in addition, we offer one floating holiday per year that staff can use to celebrate any observance that is meaningful to them, such as Juneteenth.
