Pros
If you are proactive, plenty of resources to capitalise on. Few knowledgeable people still left on the floor. Really strong pipeline and it continues to evolve.
Cons
Lacks local leadership ( Team leads, good supervisors). The typical Indian management kicks in, granting designations to years of experience over caliber. Higher management is either unaware of the lack of leadership at team level or they just don't seem to care enough to step in. Doesn't seem to invest much in communication training, especially considering that english is not the main language for many people and the team being diverse. Very few step up to what is practical and take independent decisions while most seem to be ok just nodding yes to anything thats being asked. This often puts the burden on the team.
