Pros
You get to work on exciting titles, and difficult shots. Since it is a large company you are also exposed to a lot of experienced people. It is a priceless experience
Cons
The low pay and expected overtime hours makes working at MPC more of an investment than anything else. Also due to the size you are going to run into some idiots and big egos.
