      A very instructive journey . I enjoyed everyday of my staying at Medtronic. Dynamic and young environment

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
