      Very good company culture. People are super helpful and make efforts for your growth. A chance to work with very talented people in the Industry. Have a lot of opportunities to explore. The Benefits are also good and company is pretty stable hence more scope for research and development.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get the approval for anything, lots of RedTape.
