      Pros

      Large company with the power to drive sales through multiple product lines.

      Cons

      Treat women different than men. Too much power for the few. They do not take employee feedback seriously and continue to lose market share. Their ability to hear diverse thoughts impacts their ability to be competitive. Senior leadership talks to each other...but they are not subject matter experts so new ideas are not generated.

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
