Pros
healthcare industry, good products, broader impact than just a job, many great talented employees, was much better with past president Neil Fraser, great place to get field experience
Cons
big decline since Neil left, minimal career progression in Canada, lack of good leaders, HR part of problem, promotions go to wrong people a lot, no recognition of good work by talented employees, lack of communication by leadership, lack of collaboration across company - only select few which doesn't reflect the whole org, need a CDN President for Canada not US, yearly reductions in force continues to negatively impact work like balance - more work/less resources
