The claims department run by people that lack of common sense. Its very political, they work people to death and micro manage. I worked there for 8 years. The company was good when I first started there, then it went to be hell. I started working there, there were 300 people in the office, management was so bad, that the office ended up closing and most people rather take a severance than stay there... I left and I am so glad that I did... my poor friends that stayed there, they are miserable...
