1. Hectic work schedule Most of the delivery teams work on a tight schedule and working hours sometimes tend to be longer than one would normally like. For most of the teams primary reason is the time zone difference with the clients and wrong estimation of work load 2. Compensation: The compensations offered are not really great but they aren't bad either. The compensation currently offered is more than what you might require to live in a city like Bangalore but you wont find yourself among riches as well! 5 Lakhs bonus for the new joiners is definitely a blessing in disguise if you are smart with finances.... :D
