      Good pay and benefits package. 401K matching and generous vacation pay. Managers expect you to know your duties and learn multiple security access programs. More respect than contract security.

      Cons

      The usual cons with security work. Lots of down time during evening and weekend shifts.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
