Excellent paid time off, direct managers are great to work with and have compassion for their team
Cons
No growth opportunities anymore due to offshoring most IT sectors, laying off entire knowledge worker departments, and folding responsibilities into other roles Pay is not competitive Operates culture like a mega corporation because it is one, and it is palpably felt (and nobody cares)
