Pros

The company does offer exposure to large accounts, complicated business problems, and a wide range of internal dynamics. It can be a useful environment for people who are comfortable creating their own structure, managing through inconsistency, and developing self-sufficiency in the absence of mature systems.

Cons

Leadership is the company’s greatest liability. Senior management appears either profoundly incompetent or dangerously inexperienced, and that failure is reflected in baffling hiring decisions, incoherent strategy, and chronic organizational drift. The steady exodus of respected talent says more about the company than leadership ever could; many of the most credible and capable people seem to have concluded that leaving is preferable to remaining attached to the dysfunction. Employees are then expected to absorb the consequences through blunt pressure tactics, unrealistic targets, and a commission structure that is badly misaligned with commercial reality. High customer churn only compounds the problem, yet instead of addressing root causes, leadership defaults to constant change, repeated restructuring, and reactive decision-making that prevents any initiative from gaining real traction. Nothing is allowed to stabilize long enough to succeed. Most tellingly, leadership’s aggression is directed at its people rather than its systems. Instead of confronting broken processes, flawed incentives, and operational deficiencies with seriousness, the instinct is to press harder on employees and treat human pressure as a substitute for institutional competence. What makes this even worse is that many of the people in charge do not appear to think critically at all. They manage spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal optics, but show little evidence of real judgment, strategic depth, or the ability to diagnose underlying problems. Metrics are treated as a proxy for leadership, and administrative management is mistaken for actual executive competence. Operationally, the company feels embarrassingly behind the market. Internal processes are antiquated, painfully manual, and glaringly under-automated compared to competitors. Far too much time is wasted navigating internal inefficiency instead of creating value for customers or enabling employees to execute effectively. In the end, this is not a company being held back by external conditions. It is a company constrained by poor judgment at the top, weak execution throughout, and a level of systemic dysfunction that drives out talent, frustrates performance, and makes sustained success feel nearly impossible.

Pros

None, Do not apply for this company

Cons

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
