Ability to create own opportunities if you can play the corporate game. Some great self-created pockets of positive sub-culture. Great potential in leading in AI space. Brand in market growing.
Cons
Short term strategic mindset (unless AI related). Ivory tower senior management that have no idea what is going on 2+ levels away from them. Toxic behaviour tolerated. NTT culture shop window very different to reality. Some senior leaders driving to do the right thing but held back by short-term strategy direction from CEO and team.
