      Not many pros other than it might be a way to get some consulting experience on your resume if you are unable to get on at a bigger firm

      Cons

      There is a lack of clear direction from management and high turnover. The things that made the company good before the NTT Data merger are no more.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
