Mgmt has hope they can turn this account around. This company should be rated at more like 2.5 stars, ignore the 5 star ratings, those are fake.
Cons
Gunshots were fired at the old Perot building. I won't go into the office anymore Revenue is in a downward spiral with no near term hope of improving Customers leaving in droves Laying off US based workers on increasing frequency Back filling open reqs with a N-1 mentality Closing open positions and pushing work on existing overloaded employees Horrible technology tools available. Horrible transition from Dell Services to NTT Not able to deliver solutions to customers leaving huge security breaches.
