Place for improvement - Anonymous employee NTT DATA Employee Review

Male dominated environment, l noticed lots bulling towards new employees or low paid roles. Not pleasant environment to work there were not clearer structure for role description or procedures . I asked for assistance and support never got any or brushed off to some one else. I had consistently chasing people. There is high expectation to work long hours. Very demanding stressful place to work. People not overly friendly
