Pros
Used to be a fun quickly growing workplace but old respected CEO was fired during integration for political reasons and MBAs with spreadsheets taking over and nobody likes it. It is a paying job and company is well backed by large Japanese parent but run like US chop shop now.
Cons
Customers and employees are quitting and looking for alternatives. Internal coordination has overnight stopped with integration and projects are painful to watch. No new clients are signing up hurting career opportunities Company thinks Canada is just another US state. Terrible HR polices nickel and dime. Internal support mechanisms including email all in India and are terrible. Company used to be special, now a 2nd rate outsourcer.
