      working from home, flexible hours

      Cons

      Salary did not match experience, account moved offshore to save money, constantly cleaning up after offshore team, offshore got all the bonus money even though sla's were not met, onshore team met/exceeded sla's and got nothing.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
