      Great people, great place to learn. Really talented and technical people. Remote working, rarely needs to go to client location. Being big company the operation is great. Everyone know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Very less salary. Less than the market value. You might have to be on bench for some time if you are working in some niche technology like CMS.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
