      Pros

      Learning curve depends on the Client entirely. They have few good clients and provide staffing primarily. Once the employee starts working at the client, they just forget about him/her.

      Cons

      There is no proper appraisal process. No hikes at all. Management simply doesn't care for the employees' welfare.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
