      - Good, if you Japanese language. - Friendly work environment - Good hands-on technology to work on.

      Cons

      - Salary too low for freshers to 3 years experienced as per market standards. - Management very partial with people who do not know Japanese language. - Huge difference in performance bonus between those who know Japanese and those who don't.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
